Description
Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal both for relaxing with family or friends, and for enjoying Lanzarote due to its exceptional location, tranquility and its unique design and decoration. The house is located just 200 meters walk from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and 100 meters from the Deiland shopping center, full of shops and supermarkets.
The upper floor has a huge living room with spectacular views of the sea, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a huge dressing room, two en-suite bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and shower) and two bedrooms with incredible views. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with views.
It has high speed WIFI and Bluetooth speakers.
The ground floor is rented independently and both houses share the pool. The two floors can be rented together if desired (Villa Atlántico - Villasexperience). In this ad you are renting the upper part.
The terrace area, with a saltwater pool, has sun loungers for up to eight people. All the crystals in the house are refractive; during the day from the inside you can see the outside, but from the outside it leaves complete privacy inside.

From the moment we entered the decorative, wrought iron gate of Vila Atlantico and saw the pool, to walking up the stone steps and catching the fabulous ocean views we knew we had made the right choice! The open plan living/dining area is massive and quality wooden furnishings and stone elements make this a beautiful place to spend a holiday. The sofa is massive and an ice bucket and beautiful wine glasses add a nice touch. From the kitchen there is a wonderful view of volcanic mountains and palm trees. The beds are enormous and extremely comfortable, the ensuite bathrooms are great, especially the master bedroom one with blue/green tiles and natural light coming from ceiling. Everything is of such high quality and workmanship. The vila itself is made up of natural materials, stone, wood, volcanic rock and is so spacious and airy. Playa Honda is a great place to visit, not too many tourists and some lovely natural beaches and very friendly locals. Thank you Guillermo!

Meine Frau, Ich und unsere beiden Kinder haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa verbracht. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr bequeme Betten. Mann merkt das die Vermieter richtig professionell arbeiten. Die Lage war top, da wir eine Mietwagen hatten waren wir auch viel unterwegs an verschiedenen Stränden. Auf der Rückfahrt habe ich mich gefreut, vor dem Duschen noch in das schöne Swimmingpool reinzuspringen. Einkaufzentrum, Lidl usw. in unmittelbarer nähe. Falls wir nochmal auf Lanzarote Urlaub machen sollten, dann nur in der Villa Atlantico.
