Tutto perfetto. Posizione favolosa, casa fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita, spaziosa, a due passi da supermercato e dalla bellissima passeggiata lungomare, che in 20 minuti di cammino ti porta al bel porticciolo turistico di Marina Rubicon. Bellsee more

Posizione favolosa, casa fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita, spaziosa, a due passi da supermercato e dalla bellissima passeggiata lungomare, che in 20 minuti di cammino ti porta al bel porticciolo turistico di Marina Rubicon. Bella piscina, proprio davanti alla verandina dell'alloggio. Le spiagge più famose (Les Mujeres, Papagajos) si raggiungono in 10 minuti in auto. La proprietaria / gestrice ci ha accolto all'orario definito via Whatsapp, ci ha mostrato casa e lasciato 2 copie di chiavi, che alla fine abbiamo lasciato nella cassetta delle lettere.

Veramente un ottimo appartamento, molto bello, nuovo, pulito e accessoriato di tutto quello che serve. L'unica cosa da segnalare è a chi cerca il massimo della privacy, perché l'appartamento è proprio davanti alla piscina comune, con un muretto divisorio abbastanza basso, perciò le persona dalla piscina ti vedono in casa e quando fai colazione/pranzo/cena in terrazza. A noi però non ha dato nessun fastidio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non abbiamo usato la piscina ma se si vuole basta scavalcare il muretto, perciò è molto comodo soprattutto con bambini, perché sono sempre sotto controllo. Per il check-in posticipato in serata (noi siamo usciti alle 6 PM), non ci sono problemi se non ci sono nuovi ospiti in arrivo, però sono richiesti 50 € aggiuntivi. Sicuramente lo consiglio, perfetto

Fully equipped to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, it is distributed in: two bedrooms with single beds, bathroom with bathtub / shower, separate kitchen, spacious living room to relax and a very pleasant terrace with barbecue and overlooking the pool and the sea. . It also has two televisions (living room and main room), fiber optic WIFI and all the necessary amenities. The urbanization is located next to the promenade, with nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is 300m away and the Papagayo beaches are also accessible on foot in just 15 minutes. Ideal for the rest, enjoyment and joy that a quality vacation should be.

Great apartment, with separate entrance, on the ground floor of the Villa Wema duplex, in the "Aldea de playa de las Coloradas" urbanization. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with two beds, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with a kitchen and a large terrace, with views of the Ajaches Natural Park. where the fabulous Papagayo beaches are located. The urbanization, with its typical Lanzarote houses, has a quiet community pool, with views of the sea and Las Coloradas beach, and stands out for its good location, since within walking distance we find a supermarket, the bus stop, and the Playa Blanca promenade, which joins the Playas del Papagayo (considered the best in Lanzarote) with the Pechiguera Lighthouse, and through which after a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes you reach the port of Marina Rubicón (with its numerous restaurants). If you come by car you can park without problems around the complex. In the apartment you will find Wifi, Smart-TV, kitchenware, bedding, towels, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lanzarote.
