It has three double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning, TV in all rooms and large SMART TV in the living room, two bathrooms, high-speed WIFI, private pool with the possibility of heating (€20 extra per day), solarium terrace area and barbecue. A few minutes walk from the house is the promenade and the Rubicón Marina of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and restaurants. With easy parking, it is a perfect place from which to explore the island or enjoy beautiful walks on foot from the Pechiguera lighthouse to the beaches of Papagayo, passing through the center of the town, where you will find many bars and restaurants for all tastes. .
