It has three double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning, TV in all rooms and large SMART TV in the living room, two bathrooms, high-speed WIFI, private pool with the possibility of heating (€20 extra per day), solarium terrace area and barbecue.
A few minutes walk from the house is the promenade and the Rubicón Marina of Playa Blanca, supermarkets and restaurants. It is also possible to walk from the house to the famous beaches of Papagayo (approximately 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car).
